This recipe guides you through making a delicious Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, featuring marinated and double-dredged fried chicken, tossed in hot sauce, and served on toasted brioche buns with lettuce and ranch.
Start off by pouring some hot sauce into your buttermilk, and let your chicken marinate in that. Season your all purpose flour with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and paprika, mix all together. Take your chicken out the buttermilk and dredge it with your flour mixture, do this twice for a better crispness. Let your chicken sit for about 10 minutes so the flour won’t just run off once you fry it. Toast off your buns with a little bit of butter. Put your chicken to fry for about 5-7 minutes each side or until golden brown. Layer some lettuce on your bottom bun, once chicken is done, heat up some hot sauce and toss your chicken in the hot sauce and put that on top of your lettuce, put a slice of your desired cheese on top and throw some ranch on top, lastly top it off with your bun and enjoy.
