1. First, start by cooking your noodles in a pan with some oil and old bay seasoning until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, your pasta is cooking, season your half chicken breast with seasoning salt, old bay, garlic powder, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Mix all that together.
3. Start searing off your seasoned chicken in a pan until cooked through.
4. On a separate pan, get started on your sauce. Mince your 3 garlic cloves and sear them in 3 tablespoons of oil until they start to turn lightly brown.
5. After, throw in your 1/2 cup of heavy cream and season it with 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a light simmer.
6. Once it’s simmering, throw in your 1/4 cup of Parmesan and let the sauce thicken up.
7. At this point, your noodles and chicken should be cooked. Drain your noodles and toss them into your sauce and let that simmer for about 5 minutes.
8. Start plating your noodles and top off with your cooked chicken.
9. Throw some extra Parmesan on top and garnish it. Enjoy!
