A simple and quick one-pan recipe for creamy mushroom chicken, featuring tender chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce.
First start off by filleting your chicken breast, then pound it out thinly (not too thin) season with seasoning salt and pepper, both sides. In a hot pan pour in some olive oil and put your chicken to sear off. Meanwhile that’s cooking, cut up your spinach and mushroom. Once your chicken is cooked, remove it and throw in your mushroom to cook. Once your mushroom is done cooking, remove it and throw in your butter with your garlic, let the garlic release flavor. Then throw in your chicken stock and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. Once that’s came to a slight simmer throw in your Parmesan cheese spinach and mushroom, mix all that together until it thickens. Lastly put back in your chicken and give it a nice coating of the sauce, and all done. Serve and enjoy.
